We are looking for passionate and experienced SAT Tutors to join our growing team at Uppseekers.

Role Description
This is a freelancing remote role for a SAT Tutor. The SAT Tutor will be responsible for creating customized lesson plans, delivering engaging group tutoring sessions, and analyzing students’ progress to adapt teaching strategies. Responsibilities will also include guiding students on test-taking strategies, providing feedback on practice tests, and helping students develop confidence and mastery of SAT exam content. Collaboration with parents and the Uppseekers team to align on student goals will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in SAT curriculum | Math, Critical Reading, and Writing sections
- Strong Pedagogical Skills, including Lesson Planning, Evaluation, and Individualized Tutoring
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
- Motivational Skills and the ability to tailor lesson plans for diverse learning styles
- Proficiency in Monitoring Academic Progress and Providing Constructive Feedback
- Experience in Educational Counseling or Standardized Test Prep is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Math, English, or a related field
Preferred:
• 3+ years prior experience in SAT teaching/tutoring preferred
• Experience working with international curriculum students
