Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Sat Lok Aashram in Jaipur. The role involves supporting daily aashram operations, including coordinating activities, assisting with visitors’ needs, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities may include helping with event setup, managing basic administrative tasks, facilitating communication between residents and management, and ensuring that schedules and routines run smoothly. The individual will work closely with other team members to uphold the aashram’s values, provide respectful and supportive interaction with all visitors, and contribute to a harmonious atmosphere. Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend duties may be required to support spiritual programs and community events.

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse individuals and groups.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, follow schedules, and support daily operations efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic administrative abilities, such as record-keeping, coordinating appointments, and using common office tools or software.
- Candidates should possess a service-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support spiritual and community activities and contribute positively to the aashram environment.
- Candidates should possess reliability and integrity, with the ability to follow guidelines, maintain confidentiality where needed, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in community service, hospitality, or ashram/retreat settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A basic educational background (such as completion of secondary education) and comfort with Hindi and/or English communication is preferred.
