Role Description
This is a remote, part-time role for a SAT English Tutor. The tutor will design and deliver engaging online lessons focused on SAT English preparation, ensuring students develop strong skills in reading comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering personalized lessons, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring progress to help students achieve their academic goals. The tutor will also foster a supportive and motivating virtual classroom environment to build students' confidence and academic capabilities. Remuneration shall be commensurate with skills.
Logistical Requirements
- Must be available to tutor on at least 5 days per week, including weekends
- Mandatory availability: Sat (AM & PM), Sun (AM & PM), Mon (AM), in IST
- Must have access to a high-speed broadband internet connection and a quiet, professional, and distraction-free environment
- Working hours are flexible; however, depending on the student’s time zone, we may require your availability during early morning or late evening hours (IST)
Qualifications
- Strong experience in teaching English in an online setting
- Advanced knowledge of English Grammar and excellent Communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
- Experience preparing students for global standardized tests
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field is preferred but not required
