Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an SAT English Educator. The educator will deliver engaging instruction in SAT Reading and Writing, develop tailored lesson plans, and provide personalized mentorship to students. Tasks include preparing educational materials, conducting virtual classes and training sessions, assessing student progress, and offering real-time guidance and feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Collaboration with the team to maintain high standards in educational quality is also expected.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Teaching and Training experience, demonstrating the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies tailored to standardized test preparation
- Strong Communication skills to connect with diverse learners and explain complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with SAT syllabus, test structure, and effective test-taking strategies
- Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable approach to meet varied student learning needs
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field required; advanced degrees are a plus
- Previous experience with competitive test preparation, specifically SAT, is highly desirable
