Job Overview:
Kayala’s Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – SAS to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, promoting and selling SAS Products/services, and supporting overall business growth.
This role includes 70% inside sales activities and 30% field sales/client visits. Candidates must be comfortable with regular travel for client meetings and business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell SAS solutions/services to potential clients
* Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking
* Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions
* Coordinate with internal technical teams for client requirements
* Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
* Maintain sales reports, client databases, and documentation
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Travel to client locations for meetings, demonstrations, and support activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 1–2 years of experience in business development / sales / SAS consulting
* Good understanding of SAS products, analytics, or software solutions
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent presentation and client-handling abilities
* Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
* Ability to identify customer needs and provide business solutions
* Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting is an added advantage
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Additional Requirements:
* Must own a two-wheeler vehicle (Mandatory)
* Must be willing to travel for field sales and client meetings
* Ability to work in both office and field environments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or related field
* Experience in IT/software sales is preferred.
