Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled SAS CI360 Automation Expert to manage and optimize email marketing automation initiatives within SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (CI360). The role involves end-to-end campaign execution, workflow automation, data flow management, and performance analysis to drive continuous campaign improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of email marketing campaigns within SAS CI360
- Manage marketing automation workflows and campaign tracking processes
- Ensure accurate and seamless data flow between platforms for reporting and optimization
- Collaborate with creative, email strategy, and execution teams to enhance campaign performance
- Recommend and support A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and conversion
- Review and analyze email performance metrics to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement across lifecycle and automated campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (CI360)
- Strong experience in email marketing automation and campaign management
- Understanding of campaign tracking, data integration, and reporting workflows
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance optimization
- Ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate insights into actions
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional marketing teams
