About the job

• Preferred /optional : Background in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud concepts, and software licensing.
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/CRM.
• Good communication skills and interest in sales, renewals, or customer success.
• Ability to support renewal tasks: data cleanup, opportunity updates, customer follow‑ups, and reporting.
• Eager to learn and grow into Renewal Sales or Customer Success roles.
• Should be willing to work in Multiple regional and hence open to work for flexible work hours based on the regional allocation .
• No travel as of now .

CareerStart Program dates: Tentatively April 13 for a 6-month duration
