Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Technical Consultant with a strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions and client engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and support the sales cycle from discovery to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate client needs into technical solutions aligned with Sarvang's product and service portfolio.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, technical presentations, and solution architectures.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Participate in RFP/RFI responses, POCs, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support the sales team in client meetings.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, client challenges, and Sarvang’s offerings.
  • Ensure clear documentation and knowledge transfer between pre-sales and project delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise solutioning role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, enterprise software, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and solution decks.
  • Exposure to clients in Metal, Mining, Power, or Infrastructure industries is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
