JOB SUMMARY:
The priority of the Maintenance Director is to
provide our residents and employees with a well-maintained healthcare facility, including
equipment and surroundings. Compliance with federal, state, and local laws is
essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repairs electrical, plumbing, heating,
and cooling systems
- Provides overall supervision of the
maintenance department, including orientation for new staff
- The Maintenance Director will maintain fire alarm and emergency
generator systems to minimize the potential for fire and accidents
- Maintains required records and reports
performs budget planning
- Remains on-call for emergencies seven days
a week, twenty-four hours a day
- Operates on the TELS platform for all
Life Safety, regulatory and daily tasks
- Other Duties
as Assigned
