Role Summary:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing entrepreneurship
development programs aimed at fostering innovation, building entrepreneurial
capabilities, and driving economic growth. The individual will work closely with
stakeholders, including industry leaders, academia, government agencies, and
aspiring entrepreneurs, to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development & Management
Design and execute entrepreneurship development programs aligned with
CII’s mission and objectives.
Develop program curricula, training modules, and workshops tailored to
diverse entrepreneurial needs.
Identify and onboard resource persons, mentors, and industry experts for
program delivery.
Set clear program goals, timelines, and KPIs to measure success.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with industry leaders, academic institutions, government
agencies, and NGOs to build a robust support ecosystem.
Engage with entrepreneurs, startups, and micro-enterprises to understand
challenges and create impactful interventions.
Maintain relationships with sponsors and funding partners to ensure program
sustainability.
Operations & Logistics
Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, venue selection
(physical/virtual), and participant enrollment.
Manage budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources for program
execution.
Monitor program progress, prepare performance reports, and recommend
improvements.
Outreach & Communication
Develop DPRs and Pitches for projects
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Promote entrepreneurship programs through social media, digital platforms,
and networking events.
Represent CII at relevant forums, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase
program outcomes and attract participation.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Establish metrics to evaluate program impact on participants and the
entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Conduct research, surveys, collect feedback, and compile data to refine future
programs.
Document success stories and case studies for promotional and learning
purposes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship,
Social Development, or related fields.
4-7 years of experience in program management, preferably in
entrepreneurship development or MSME support initiatives.
Proven experience in working with diverse stakeholders such as startups,
corporates, and government agencies.
