Sapiens is on the lookout for a Partner Support Specialist to become a key player in our Bangalore team. Location: Bangalore Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity. What you'll do: A key part of our global strategy is to work with partners. Sapiens partners comprise of 3 types: Technology Partners Insurtech Partners System Integrator Partners Each of these has a role to play in our GTM strategy as well as in providing addition/differentiator to our solutions and enabling us to scale the business. Key responsibilities: • Provide operational support to the NA Partner team • Support to partner team and management on day-to-day basis as needed • Maintain accuracy about all partnerships in Salesforce (partner records, opportunities, reporting and dashboards) • Maintain partner opportunity accuracy in Salesforce and cross-reference with sales reporting • Coordinate with partner team and partner marketing to ensure partner information on Sapiens' website is accurate and reciprocally on partner websites. • Focal point for non-managed Insurtech Partners o Maintain accurate records about the partnerships in SharePoint (master excel)/Teams/Salesforce to include agreement information, BU/product alignment and competitive alignment. o Be first contact for inbound partner leads o Be knowledgeable and able to explain the Sapiens Insurtech Partner approval and onboarding process. o Be knowledgeable and able explain the three different models for how we contract with partners. (Referral, Resell and White Label) o Provide Monthly Management summary reports on partner referrals o Monitor partner deal flow through from lead registration through to invoicing and payments • Focal point for AWS and Microsoft o Maintain Sapiens opportunity information in their respective portals as required by the partnership o Manage partner portal opportunities & create pipeline (AWS & Microsoft Azure) o Track incoming referrals from each of these partners and ensure opportunity is cross-referenced and accurate in Sapiens Salesforce and partner portals. What to Have for this position: Must have Skills: - • 2-5 years of experience within a software technology company providing operational support to partner-facing organization • Understanding of different partner types (Referral, Reseller, System Integrator, ISV, Technology, Solutions) • Professional business communication skills • Comfortable speaking with external management and executive level individuals • Experience working within a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations to accomplish assigned tasks • Salesforce or other CRM competency • Microsoft Office competency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Insurance industry experience a plus • Ability to work during U.S. East Coast hours up to 2:00 pm M-F
