Lead design and implementation of SAP Warranty Management solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
Configure and customize warranty processes in SAP (claims processing, entitlement checks, reimbursements, etc.).
Integrate warranty processes with SAP SD, MM, and CS/PM modules.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle including blueprinting, development, testing, and deployment.
Support defect resolution, enhancements, and production support activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support.
Ensure documentation of configurations and processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of SAP experience with at least 2+ years in SAP Warranty Management.
Strong knowledge of Warranty Claims, Entitlement, and Contract Management.
Experience in integration with SAP SD, MM, CS/PM modules.
At least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing/service industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
