Hiring for SAP VIM with FICO
Experience : 6 to 15 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timing : 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Looking for immediate Joiners
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP VIM Senior Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirement, designing, implementing, and supporting the SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution to streamline invoice processing and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
Required Skills:
This role requires deep knowledge of OpenText VIM, SAP MM/FI modules, Non-SAP Systems, and Invoice processing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP VIM solutions using OpenText.
- Design and document functional and technical specifications for enhancements, integrations, and workflow customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP MM, FI, AP, IT, and business stakeholders).
- Lead or support SAP VIM implementation, support, and upgrade projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VIM, OCR (ICR), and workflow processing.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and controls (SOX, audit, etc.).
- Good knowledge on preparation of Functional Specifications with coordination of technical team, provide training and support to end users and business teams.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover planning.5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP VIM (OpenText), including implementation and support.
- Strong experience in SAP MM and FI modules related to invoice processing.
- Knowledge of OCR/ICR, Document Processing, and Archive Link.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC Systems.
- Understanding of SAP Workflow, BAPIs, BADI, and enhancement techniques.
- Experience integrating VIM with third-party systems or tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to VIM.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Should drive the client independently
