User Experience Design Manager - Private Cloud

As a User Experience Design Manager in S/4HANA Cloud, you will lead a motivated team of interaction designers with a strong focus on S/4HANA Cloud, private edition applications. Your main task will be people and team development. That will include hiring the best designers with a focus on early talent, diversity, and inclusion. You will foster strong connections and good communication within the team and will build on our team spirit. You will identify learning and development needs for your team members. You will support your employees individually and will help them achieve their goals. You will recognize the strengths of your team members and will unlock their potential. In your role as line manager, you will contribute significantly to strengthening collaboration with PM and Engineering. You will be involved in stakeholder management, prioritization, as well as the strategic positioning of UX.
