Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP Trainer, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The SAP Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for individuals and teams on SAP modules. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting workshops and assessments, and providing post-training support. The trainer will work closely with teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer, measure learning outcomes, and adapt strategies to meet trainee and business needs.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP modules, configuration, and implementation
- Experience in developing and delivering SAP training modules and materials
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to trainees
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to tailor training to specific requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate training outcomes
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience as an SAP Consultant or Trainer is highly desirable
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is an advantage
