Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Trainer + Implementation Consultant (SAP FI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP FI along with a passion for training and enabling end-users through effective learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality training materials, including user manuals, guides, and e-learning content tailored to SAP FI modules.
- Conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions for users with varying levels of SAP knowledge.
- Assess organizational training needs and customize learning programs accordingly.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world business scenarios to enhance user understanding.
- Collaborate closely with SAP consultants and IT teams to stay updated on system enhancements and changes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Offer post-training support by assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related queries.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SAP FI, including implementation and support.
- Proven experience in SAP training delivery (classroom and virtual).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and SAP FI modules.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex SAP concepts into user-friendly training content.
- Experience with e-learning tools and training documentation is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP FI Certification is an advantage.
- Experience working on end-to-end SAP implementations.
