Role Description The SAP Trainer role at DharwadHubballiTutor is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India. The SAP Trainer will design and deliver training sessions on SAP modules, with a focus on practical, job-oriented learning for students and professionals. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing guidance on real-world business process scenarios. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align training content with industry requirements, supporting internship activities, and offering mentorship to help participants enhance their employability. The SAP Trainer will also stay current with SAP updates and best practices to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong SAP FICO knowledge and hands-on experience with financial processes in SAP.
- Candidates should possess training and instructional skills, including curriculum development and classroom facilitation.
- Candidates should possess understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into SAP workflows.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with materials management and related SAP modules.
- Candidates should possess consulting abilities, including stakeholder communication and solution-oriented thinking.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a SAP Trainer, SAP Consultant, or SAP end-user in a corporate or educational setting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse learner groups.
