As a SAP TM - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency
- Applying analytical thinking to discern patterns and gather insights from diverse data sources
- Managing deployment and design implementation of SAP solutions to meet client objectives
- Engaging in business process consulting to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilizing business technology skills to support customer transformation initiatives
- Building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive value
- Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to deliver consistent quality work
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to support strategic objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process improvement
- Applying business process modeling to optimize customer engagement
- Excelling in customer relationship management and customer satisfaction
