As a SAP TM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative SAP solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to address complex business challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance client operations and drive efficiency. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing and optimizing business processes to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Implementing SAP CRM solutions to support client business objectives and improve customer relationship management
- Collaborating with clients to identify and address business technology needs and opportunities for improvement
- Leading deployment management efforts to validate seamless integration of SAP Cloud for Customer solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to conduct customer needs analysis and develop tailored solutions
- Engaging in business process consulting to drive customer transformation and loyalty
- Managing customer liaison activities to foster strong client relationships and successful project outcomes
- Supporting system interoperability initiatives to enhance technology implementation and customer success
- Embracing change and leveraging creativity to deliver innovative solutions in SAP environments
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to promote professional growth and development
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process improvement
- Excelling in customer relationship management and customer engagement
