Role: Test & Validation Project Lead
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 12-18 months+
Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work anywhere in India (with occasional travel as needed to Bangalore or Mumbai)
We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing coordination for a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all testing phases: SIT, UAT, Regression
- Maintain test plans, schedules, and quality gate readiness across waves
- Track defects, test execution progress, and ensure resolution before phase progression
- Coordinate test data readiness aligned with migration cycles
- Manage integration testing with third-party systems (Salesforce, Ariba, etc.)
- Lead stakeholder communication, reporting, and testing governance
- Requirements
- 15+ years of SAP testing or test management experience
- Experience in S/4HANA or ECC to S/4 migrations
- Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, Regression, and defect management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors
- Strong expertise with JIRA and testing governance/reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI-driven testing tools (Qyrus or similar)
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and SAP security testing
- Experience with third-party integrations (Salesforce, Ariba, SuccessFactors)
