Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and own comprehensive test strategies and test plans for SAP implementation and transformation programs.
- Create, manage, and execute detailed test plans aligned with business requirements and process coverage.
- Lead and coordinate SAP testing teams across different phases of the testing lifecycle.
- Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including defect tracking, prioritization, resolution, and reporting.
- Drive test automation initiatives using tools such as Tosca and Worksoft to improve efficiency and regression coverage.
- Apply strong knowledge of SAP modules and business processes to ensure effective test validation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, customers, and external partners to ensure successful test execution.
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide quality-focused solutions to improve application stability.
- Ensure testing deliverables are completed within timelines and aligned with project quality standards.
- Mentor team members and promote testing best practices across the program.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP testing with expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in developing test strategies, test plans, and managing end-to-end testing activities.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Tosca and Worksoft.
- Good understanding of SAP functional modules and integrated business processes.
- Experience in defect management and test reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in enterprise project environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
