Role : Panaya SAP Test Automation Lead
Location : Bengaluru
Description:
**. Test Automation Development (Panaya)** • Manage: •Reusable test components • Test data strategies • Object repositories and parameters • Resolve any Panaya script issues
**Test Execution Defect Management** • Plan automation test runs using Panaya tool • Schedule executions • Support access management for test users • Support test execution questions from test users
**Test Management Governance** • Maintain automation artifacts: test cases, scripts, execution reports, and traceability • Maintain execution dashboards and provide status reporting to stakeholders
**Required Skills Experience** **Technical Skills** • 5 - 8 years of experience • Strong hands on experience with Panaya • Experience automating SAP (S/4HANA, S/4 RISE) business processes • Optional - Understanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM • Knowledge of test management tools • Experience with end to end, regression, and integration testing
**Test Process Skills** • Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) • Ability to translate business process flows into automated test scenarios • Experience in defect lifecycle management and reporting
**Leadership Soft Skills** • Proven experience as a Test Automation Lead or Automation Manager • Ability to work with cross functional and global teams
**Education Certifications (Preferred)** • bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent • Panaya Certification (Certify Level 1 / Level 2) – highly preferred • SAP functional or testing certifications – added advantage
