Job Title: Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience: 10+ Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors techno-functional consultant with strong experience in multi-country implementations, particularly across Europe. This role requires a balance of functional expertise, technical understanding, and delivery leadership to drive end-to-end SuccessFactors programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple geographies
- Drive multi-country rollouts with a strong focus on European localization and compliance requirements
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Own functional design and solution architecture across Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (RCM), and Talent modules
- Provide techno-functional expertise including integrations, data migration, and system configurations
- Manage delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations across projects
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure quality delivery standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, reporting, and platform teams
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
- Proven experience in multi-country SuccessFactors rollouts, especially across Europe
- Deep functional expertise in:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting Management (RCM)
- Talent modules (Performance, Succession, etc.)
- Strong understanding of European HR processes, compliance, and localization
- Hands-on experience with integrations (API, CPI, Integration Center) and data migration
- Experience in solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Ability to handle client-facing roles and manage senior stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub, People Profile, and latest SF innovations
- Exposure to SAP BTP and integration frameworks
- Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules
- Prior experience in a Delivery Lead or Project Lead role
