As a SAP - Syniti - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to design and implement SAP data management and analytics solutions
- Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Creating visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and optimize data management processes
- Providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
- Implementing data quality improvement plans to enhance data accuracy and reliability
- Integrating data from various sources using SAP Data Integration and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud
- Conducting data migration and preprocessing to facilitate seamless data transitions
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence
- Utilizing data integration and data migration skills effectively
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data modeling
- Developing data quality improvement plans (DQIP)
- Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud for data visualization
- Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity
