As a SAP - Syniti - Manager, you will lead the team in delivering exceptional data migration solutions within our Advisory practice. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, guiding project plans, and driving blueprint sessions with onsite and client teams. Your role will involve designing data migration solutions, analyzing SAP ECC data sources, and advising on data management strategies to address client needs.
As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and execution. You will be accountable for project success, maintaining quality standards, and inspiring your team to deliver value. Responsibilities
- Leading data migration projects using Syniti ADM and SAP Migration Cockpit, including LTMC and LTMOM customization
- Guiding teams in the creation and maintenance of SAP Data Migration plans, integration plans, and project plans
- Designing data migration solutions with transformation routines to address client requirements
- Conducting SAP ECC data source analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and validate compatibility with target S/4 systems
- Performing preload and post-load validation of migration results and advising on data cleansing requirements
- Driving blueprint sessions with onsite and client teams to align project objectives
- Providing advisory services to understand data management issues and recommend strategies and techniques
- Implementing data migration frameworks using Syniti’s ADM capabilities and automated metadata scanning
- Creating technical specification documents for Syniti Migration Jobs utilizing SQL query skills and understanding of relational databases
- Training new recruits on SAP Migration Toolsets and supporting post go-live activities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Leading teams in SAP data migration projects, including Syniti ADM
- Designing data migration solutions with transformation routines
- Utilizing SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and LTMOM customization
- Conducting SAP ECC data source analysis and profiling
- Performing data validation exercises through SIT, UAT, and PROD cut-over
- Training new recruits on SAP Migration Toolsets
