Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Support Specialist based in Uttarakhand, India. The SAP Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for SAP systems, analyzing and resolving issues, and streamlining business processes. Daily activities include managing SAP MM/SD/FICO and SAP Basis modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance, and providing training and guidance to end-users. Additionally, the role involves identifying process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance business productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP modules, particularly SAP MM/SD/FICO in any one and SAP Basis.
- Strong technical support capabilities and troubleshooting expertise for system maintenance and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in analyzing, understanding, and optimizing business processes.
- Solid analytical skills to assess system performance and propose improvements effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and provide end-user support.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process optimization and efficiency.
