Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Support Executive, based in Matar. The SAP Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance in SAP systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the integration of SAP modules with the organization’s business operations. Core responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, performing regular system updates, coordinating with different departments, and generating critical reports to support corporate decision-making. The position will also require the candidate to provide training and support to end-users while maintaining system security and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Expertise in SAP modules, configurations, support, and implementation processes
- Proficiency in troubleshooting SAP technical issues and performing system updates
- Knowledge of data analysis and report generation with an emphasis on business intelligence
- Understanding of accounting principles and integration of SAP with financial systems
- Experience in end-user training, support, and communication
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is a plus
