About the Role
We are hiring an experienced SAP Support Consultant to manage P3 & P4 ticketing, SAP debugging, and application support. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and ensuring SLA compliance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain smooth SAP operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle SAP incidents (P3/P4) and service requests.
- Debug and troubleshoot SAP issues, apply fixes/configurations.
- Manage tickets via ServiceNow/JIRA/Remedy.
- Collaborate with Basis, ABAP, Functional, and Security teams.
- Document RCA and solution steps.
Required Skills
- 8–10 yrs SAP Application Support experience.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA/Remedy).
- Cross‑module SAP knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
