Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant – ADMR Expansion Support
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Pan India
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
Job Summary
As an SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize HR processes, particularly in time tracking.
Your expertise in SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will play a key role in delivering successful implementations and driving HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for production issues in the Time Management area and deliver appropriate solutions
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions
- Analyze client requirements and design solutions aligned with HR needs
- Advise clients on SAP best practices for time management
- Lead and support full-cycle implementation projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve time management-related issues
- Collaborate with multicultural teams and support customers (onsite and offshore)
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements
- Document problem analysis and resolutions clearly in business language for future reference
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management
- Certification in SuccessFactors Time Management and Employee Central
- Experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules such as:
- Employee Central
- Time Off
- Time Tracking
- Time Sheet
- Strong understanding of HR business processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with SAP HCM On-Premise solutions is an added advantage
- Integration knowledge and EC Payroll experience are beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide recommendations
