TCS is hiring for SAP SuccessFactors - Succession and Development
Exp: 5 to 10 years
Location: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai
SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Succession and Development (S&D) Consultant
design, configure, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management and Career Development Planning (CDP) modules.
Configure career worksheets, development plans, and integrated mentoring tools to empower employee growth.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth data flow between S&D and other SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals (PM/GM), and Learning (LMS)
Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development certification is strongly preferred.
