Experience: 7-10 Years

Location: PAN India

Description:

7–12 years of QA/testing experience, including SAP SuccessFactors Sales Performance Management testing
Strong understanding of:
Sales Performance Management processes (crediting, compensation, incentive payout, performance KPIs)
Oracle and SAP HANA data structures
SPM rule engines and plan configurations
Hands on experience with:
Migration Testing
Reconciliation Testing
Functional & Integration Testing
Data validation, SQL queries, and transformation logic
Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and sales performance calculations.
