Job Description: Senior Consultant - SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding
Position Title: Senior Consultant – SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding
Location: Offshore
Notice Period: Immediate joiner or 1 month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to implement SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions, including Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding. The role requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes and expertise in SuccessFactors configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SuccessFactors Recruiting (Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding).
- Facilitate workshops with clients to gather requirements and define recruitment workflows.
- Configure the Recruiting module, including job requisitions, applicant tracking, career sites, and reporting.
- Integrate Recruiting with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.
- Support data migration, system testing, and end-user training during the project lifecycle.
- Provide best-practice recommendations to optimize recruiting processes.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
- Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management/Marketing and Onboarding (latest certification preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with at least 3 end-to-end Recruiting projects.
- Deep understanding of global recruiting best practices and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to join within 1 month.
