Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) modules. Responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their HR requirements, providing expertise in executing end-to-end implementation, performing system configurations, and proactively addressing client needs. Additionally, the role involves conducting training sessions, offering post-go-live support, and ensuring successful solution adoption within specified project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules, including configuration and end-to-end implementation
- Experience in analyzing client requirements to tailor performance and goal management solutions
- Ability to execute system testing, perform troubleshooting, and ensure overall solution quality
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address technical and functional challenges
- Experience in project management or contributing to project deliverables is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in PMGM is highly desirable
