#Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors ONB & RCM Professionals
Location: Chennai (Primary) / Remote (Flexible)
We are actively looking for skilled professionals in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) and Recruitment (RCM) to join our team.
Open Positions:
ONB Associate – 3–5 Years
RCM Associate – 3–5 Years
RCM Consultant – 5–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
Create High-Level Design (HLD) & Detailed Design Documents (LLD)
Perform fit-gap analysis and map business processes to SAP functionalities
Design and support custom development requirements
Provide subject matter expertise to project teams
Prepare and validate test cases, test results, and documentation
Support UAT and Early Life Support (ELS)
Ensure proper application functionality and validation
Key Skills:
Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors ONB / RCM modules
Strong understanding of business processes and SAP configurations
Experience in testing, UAT support, and functional validation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
