Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant with 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors LMS solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure and enhance SuccessFactors LMS modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand learning and compliance needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Manage Learning Administration, Curricula, Learning Assignments, Item Management, User Management, and Reporting.
- Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) within SuccessFactors LMS.
- Develop and support integrations using Integration Center and Employee Central (EC) integration.
- Work with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI compliant learning content.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials.
- Ensure solution quality by participating in testing activities including UAT and regression testing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in SuccessFactors LMS.
- Proven experience in multiple full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
- Experience with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI learning standards.
- Hands-on experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Experience with Integration Center and Employee Central (EC) integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend best-fit LMS solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.
- Experience working in global implementation or support projects.
- Knowledge of learning compliance, certifications, and enterprise training processes.
