🔹 Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant
We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to drive seamless integration across HR systems and ensure efficient data flow between platforms.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage integrations within SAP SuccessFactors
- Work on Integration Center to build and maintain data interfaces
- Integrate SuccessFactors with systems like ADP, SAP HCM, and other third-party applications
- Take end-to-end ownership of integration solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability
- Provide regular updates and proactively communicate with stakeholders
🔹 Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (SF)
- Expertise in Integration Center
- Proven experience in integrating SF with ADP, SAP HCM, and external systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Experience: 12+ Years
🔹 Location: Remote
🔹 Shift Timing: UK Shift (1 PM – 10 PM IST)
