About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC Core) Lead Consultant to lead global Employee Central implementations, solution design, and AMS engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core), HR Core processes, integrations, Position Management, Time Off/Benefits, and data migration.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and best-practice SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions while mentoring junior consultants and driving successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC Core) implementations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable EC solutions.
- Configure Foundation Objects, Corporate Data Model, and Country-Specific Data Models.
- Design and implement Position Management, Global Assignment, and Concurrent Employment.
Configuration & Business Processes
- Configure:
- Business Rules (MDF)
- Workflows
- Event Reasons
- Derivation Rules
- Metadata Framework (MDF)
- Custom Objects
- UI Screen Designer
- Support HR Core, Time Off, and Benefits business processes.
Security & Integrations
- Configure and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Implement HRIS Sync with downstream modules including:
- Performance & Goals
- Recruitment
- Compensation
- Support integrations using:
- Integration Center
- SAP CPI
- Point-to-Point (PTP)
- EC Payroll (ECP)
- Business Integration Builder (BIB)
- Integrate with third-party applications and vendors.
Reporting & Data Management
- Develop Story Reports (People Analytics) and Advanced Reports.
- Lead data migration using Foundation Data and Employee Data import tools.
- Ensure data integrity during cutover and deployment activities.
Leadership & Support
- Lead AMS and production support activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Perform gap analysis and develop solution roadmaps.
- Coordinate testing, issue resolution, and production deployments.
- Engage with client leadership and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC Core) implementations.
- Experience supporting 3+ SAP SuccessFactors projects.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core) Certification (Mandatory).
