Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong expertise in SuccessFactors modules and integrations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, upgrades, and testing of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of industry experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end implementation and upgrade cycle.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central (EC) and People Analytics is mandatory.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM, Learning, RCM, and Onboarding 2.0, including their functionalities and business processes.
- Strong knowledge of OData v2 and v4 APIs, SuccessFactors API endpoints, and data structures.
- Experience with Integration Center and Intelligent Services.
- Strong system integration testing skills, including developing test plans, creating test cases, and executing tests.
- Understanding of cloud concepts such as Private Cloud, Public Cloud, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.
- Ability to lead and own deliverables in global environments, with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct meetings and Scrum calls and clearly communicate ideas with team members and stakeholders.
