Role Description
This is an on-site contract role located in Puducherry, India, for a SAP SuccessFactors ECP Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module to a variety of audiences. Day-to-day tasks include designing course content, developing training materials, facilitating workshops, and providing hands-on support to learners. Additional responsibilities include assessing training effectiveness and ensuring all participants excel in their understanding of SAP SuccessFactors ECP concepts and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module
- Experience with designing and delivering training materials and conducting workshops
- Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess participants' understanding and customize training methods accordingly
- Relevant experience within the SAP ecosystem and certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are highly advantageous
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
