Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 10+ years of overall experience and active certification in any SuccessFactors module. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge and hands-on implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support projects
- Configure and customize modules as per business requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Manage integrations with SAP/Non-SAP systems
- Provide production support and continuous improvements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of SAP experience with strong SuccessFactors expertise
- Active SAP SuccessFactors certification (any module)
- Experience in at least one or more modules (EC, ECP, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, etc.)
- Strong client handling and communication skills
