Role: SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant/ Manager
Experience: 5+ years (SuccessFactors Implementation)
Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver implementations across Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules
- Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations
- Drive end-to-end system implementation including configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment
- Manage data migration, integrations, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
- Support training, adoption, and continuous system optimization initiatives
- Lead multiple implementations and ensure alignment with best practices in talent lifecycle management
What we are looking for:
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, and Succession
- Proven track record of leading 2+ end-to-end implementations
- Experience managing 5-10 performance/CDP/succession implementations
- Strong expertise in system configuration, integrations, and data migration
- Knowledge of Job Profile Builder and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification preferred
