🔍 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR / HCM Trainer to deliver high‑quality training programs on SAP Human Capital Management modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM, hands‑on project exposure, and a passion for teaching and mentoring professionals, students, or corporate users.
âś… Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver SAP HR / HCM training (Classroom, Virtual, Corporate, or One‑to‑One)
- Train participants on core SAP HCM modules including:
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll (Indian / Global)
- Recruitment & Talent Management
- Develop training materials: presentations, manuals, exercises, and real‑time case studies
- Conduct hands‑on system demos, practice sessions, and assignments
- Support trainees with interview preparation, resume guidance, and career mentoring
- Evaluate trainee progress through tests, assessments, and feedback
- Stay updated with SAP best practices, enhancements, and industry trends
- Assist in SAP implementation, support, or upgrade projects (if required)
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong functional expertise in SAP HR / HCM
- Hands‑on experience in SAP HCM implementation or support projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring professionals/students
- Good understanding of HR business processes
- SAP Certification in HCM (preferred but not mandatory)
