We are hiring for the position of SAP SuccessFactors EC – Time Tracking Lead Consultant.
Position: SAP SF EC – Time Tracking Lead Consultant
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Preferred
Mandatory to Have -US Payroll
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking (TTR) and SAP S/4HANA HCM Time Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking (TTR), Time Sheets, Time Valuations, Overtime Rules, and Clock In/Clock Out functionality.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA HCM Time Management including Work Schedules, Time Evaluation, PCRs, Schemas, and Infotypes (2001–2013).
• Strong expertise in integrating SF Time with S/4HANA Payroll using CPI/PTP integrations.
• Experience with Geofencing, Geo-tagging, and mobile-based time recording solutions.
• Knowledge of CATS integration with PS, PM, and Internal Orders.
• Experience integrating third-party biometric/physical devices through CPI, Boomi, APIs, or flat-file integrations.
• Hands-on experience in Story Reports, Workforce Analytics, and SAP Time Reporting.
• Strong understanding of global labor law compliance, overtime calculations, premium pay, and shift configurations.
• Experience in data migration/conversion for historical time data and balances.
• Ability to work independently, lead discussions with customers, and mentor junior consultants.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Skills:
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Tracking Certification OR SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA HCM
• Minimum 3 End-to-End Implementations in SF EC Time/Time Tracking
• Minimum 3 Support Projects in SAP Time Management
• Strong experience in SF EC Time, SAP HCM PT, Time Evaluation, PCRs, Schemas, CPI Integrations, and Payroll Integration
