Position Overview
We are seeking a
skilled SAP SuccessFactors professional with
6–7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and SuccessFactors Talent modules. The role involves
hands-on work in multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations and integrations, bridging
business requirements with technical solutions. Strong
technical, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform development, unit testing, and deployment for SuccessFactors solutions
- Document current and future business processes; assist in strategy and solution design
- Establish and document requirements, use cases, and ensure traceability across the project lifecycle
- Create design mockups, flowcharts, functional diagrams, and detailed specifications
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
- Participate in requirements gathering, configuration design, configuration, and testing for SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation, Learning)
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize requirements with BSA and Engagement Manager
- Create comprehensive documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, journey maps, and user guides
- Support integrations, including SuccessFactors CPI, Integration Center, Intelligent Service Center, and third-party systems
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to project challenges
- Shadow customers to understand HR and Payroll processes
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field
- 6–7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and SAP SuccessFactors Talent
- Hands-on experience with at least two full lifecycle SuccessFactors integration implementations
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment, Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation, Learning
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations: CPI, Integration Center, Intelligent Service Center, and third-party systems
- Proficient in business process re-engineering, requirements gathering, functional specification development, configuration design, and testing
- Excellent documentation skills: user stories, process flows, wireframes, user guides
- Experience managing product backlogs and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
