IntVerse is hiring a mid-level SAP SSO Support Engineer to join our enterprise authentication practice in India. You will own day-to-day health of SAP Single Sign-On environments for our global clients, working alongside senior engineers and InfoSec stakeholders to keep authentication services running cleanly across complex SAP landscapes.
This is a hands-on L2 role. You will move beyond first-touch triage into real configuration work, certificate operations, and root-cause analysis on the kinds of SSO failures that do not resolve themselves.
Responsibilities
- SAP SSO authentication health using SAP SolMan / Focused Run, including login failures, MFA errors, and service availability.
- First-level triage of SSO incidents, including validation of outages, basic user checks, and correct ticket categorization.
- Troubleshooting SAP GUI SSO issues, including Secure Login Client validation.
- Resolution of SAML-based authentication issues involving IdPs using standard procedures.
- Handling MFA-related incidents and service requests, including exception enablement, cleanup, and validation against InfoSec policies.
- Certificate lifecycle management, including monitoring expiry, renewals, keystore updates (STRUST / NWA), and trust validation.
- Maintenance of centralized SAP SSO configurations, covering SPNEGO parameters, SAML metadata, and X.509 mappings across environments.
- Configuration changes with backup, rollback, and post-implementation validation.
- Troubleshooting of complex SSO failures, such as Kerberos trust issues, time skew, certificate chain mismatches, and SAML assertion errors.
- Use of advanced diagnostic tools (SAML Tracer, Fiddler, NetWeaver Keystore Viewer, Secure Login Client traces) for deep analysis.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on SAP Basis or SAP security experience with a strong focus on Single Sign-On.
- Working knowledge of the SAP NetWeaver authentication stack, SAP Secure Login Client, and SAML 2.0 flows.
- Comfort with STRUST, NWA, SPNEGO configuration, and certificate operations in a production SAP environment.
- Experience using SAP Solution Manager or Focused Run for monitoring.
- Familiarity with Kerberos trust, certificate chains, and SAML assertion debugging.
- Clear written and verbal communication for working ticket queues that touch end users, InfoSec, and senior engineers.
