Key Responsibilities

• • Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP SRM implementations, enhancements, and support projects. •
• Configure and support SRM components including: Shopping Cart Purchase Order (PO) Sourcing and Bidding Catalog Management Contract Management Approval Workflow • Integrate SRM with ECC modules such as MM, FI, and SD. • Work on Classic, Extended Classic, and Decoupled scenarios. •
• Collaborate with business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. • Develop functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP and PI/PO teams. •
• Manage and resolve complex incidents and change requests within SLAs. • Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training. • Guide and review work of junior consultants and support team members. •
• Support SRM upgrades, OSS note implementation, and system optimization. • Participate in client meetings, prepare status reports, and manage stakeholder expectations. • SRM Workflow and Approvals (C1/C2 levels, release strategies) • Integration with MM, FI, and PI/PO • Portal functionalities and UI configuration • Understanding of SRM Organizational Structure (PPOMA_BBP). •
• Knowledge of SAP Basis and security coordination for role assignments. • Good understanding of Business Rule Framework (BRF) and BADI enhancements. • Basic ABAP debugging skills for functional issue analysis. •
• Experience in production support (ITSM tools like ServiceNow/Solman) and incident/change management
