🚀 Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors SPM QA/Test Engineer (Remote – India) 🇮🇳
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors SPM QA/Test Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Sales Performance Management (SPM) implementations in a fully remote setup.
🔎 Role Overview
As an SPM QA/Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating complex compensation and incentive processes within SAP SuccessFactors SPM. You will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and seamless business process execution across commissions and incentive plans.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for SAP SuccessFactors SPM
- Perform Functional, Integration, Migration, and Reconciliation Testing
- Validate incentive compensation calculations, crediting rules, and commission payouts
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation between legacy and target systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot defects, working closely with developers and business teams
- Ensure accuracy of performance KPIs and compensation plans
- Work with large datasets using SQL for validation and analysis
- Support UAT cycles and ensure business requirements are met
- Maintain proper documentation of test results, defects, and reports
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors SPM (Incentives/Commissions)
- In-depth understanding of:
- Crediting rules & commission structures
- Incentive compensation processes
- Sales performance metrics & KPIs
- Experience in:
- Migration Testing
- Reconciliation Testing
- Functional & Integration Testing
- Strong expertise in:
- SQL and data validation techniques
- Data transformation logic
- Oracle and SAP HANA data structures
- Familiarity with SPM rule engines and plan configurations
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Exposure to automation testing tools
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
