Job Description: SAP Solution Manager ChaRM Consultant (SolMan ALM)
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Pan India
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager ChaRM Consultant to support and manage end-to-end Change and Release Management processes for the Halliburton SAP landscape. The consultant will act as the onsite lead, working closely with business stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and enhance SAP Solution Manager ChaRM processes, including:
- Normal Change
- Urgent Change
- Defect Correction
- Administrative Change
- Manage the complete change lifecycle, including:
- RFC (Request for Change) creation
- Approval workflows
- Testing coordination
- Transport management
- Production deployment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Users, Basis, Development, QA, and Offshore teams to ensure smooth release execution
- Perform retrofit activities across multi-system and N+1 landscapes
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve transport-related issues, conflicts, and delays
- Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements for change and release management
- Support weekly and monthly release cycles, including cutover activities and urgent fixes
- Track and manage aging RFCs and Change Documents (CDs), ensuring timely closure and governance adherence
- Prepare and present operational and governance reports to customer stakeholders
- Support integration of Incident, Problem, and Release Management processes with ChaRM
Required Skills:
- Mandatory: SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) ALM with strong expertise in ChaRM
