About The Role
iamneo is looking for an experienced
SAP SME Trainer to deliver functional and technical SAP training across enterprise learning programs. This role is suited for a trainer with strong SAP implementation or consulting experience and the ability to build role-based, practical, and scalable SAP learning journeys.
Key Requirements
5+ years of hands-on SAP implementation or consulting experience
Experience across
two or more full SAP project lifecycle implementations
Strong expertise in at least
two SAP functional modules such as
FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM
Understanding of
cross-module integration points
Experience in
S/4HANA migration projects and
SAP Activate methodology preferred
3+ years of experience delivering SAP training to end users, super users, or technical audiences
Exposure to
go-live hypercare training, role-based learning, and e-learning authoring
Required Technical Skills
SAP S/4HANA: implementation, configuration, system landscape management, upgrade paths
SAP Modules
FI/CO: GL, AR/AP, controlling, profit centre accounting
MM: procurement, inventory, MRP
SD: order-to-cash, pricing, output management
PP: production planning, MRP II
HCM: org management, payroll basics
SAP Basis: system administration, TMS, solution manager, background job management
ABAP development: debugging, data dictionary, function modules, BAdIs, enhancements, SmartForms
SAP BTP: CAP model, SAP Build, extension scenarios
SAP Integration Suite: CPI/iFlow design, PI/PO mapping, IDocs, ALE
SAP Fiori & UI5: launchpad configuration, tile management, OData services
SAP HANA: database administration, modelling, calculation views, performance tuning
SAP BI/BW & Analytics: BEx queries, SAC dashboards, embedded analytics in S/4HANA
S/4HANA Migration: SUM tool, SPDD/SPAU, Brownfield conversion, selective data transition
Training tools: SAP Enable Now, Captivate, eLearning authoring, test script writing
Core Responsibilities
Deliver
SAP functional and technical training across assigned modules
Create and maintain
role-based training materials, process simulations, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules
Support
go-live readiness, including train-the-trainer programs, hypercare sessions, and change management support
Design and maintain
SAP training environments, including master data, test data, and role-based access setup
Build and manage
assessment frameworks such as transaction-based practical tests and competency assessments
Conduct
SAP certification preparation workshops for learners pursuing associate-level SAP certifications
Stay updated on SAP roadmap and release changes, and refresh training content regularly
Preferred Profile
Comfortable teaching both business users and technical SAP audiences
Strong communication and process explanation skills
Able to convert implementation experience into structured learning programs
