Role: SAP SF Time Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Off & Time Tracking).
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure:
Work Schedules
Holiday Calendars
Time Recording Profiles
Absence Types & Accrual Rules
Time Valuation & Overtime Rules
Time Sheet Configuration
- Design and implement Leave Management and Attendance solutions.
- Integrate SF Time with:
Employee Central (EC)
Payroll (ECP / Third-party Payroll)
SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM (if applicable)
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare high-quality documentation such as:
Business Blueprint (BBP)
Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
Configuration Workbooks
Test Scripts & User Manuals
- Conduct Workshops, UAT Support, and End-User Training.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Ensure system design complies with local labor laws, attendance policies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EC, Payroll, Integration, and Security.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong focus on Time Management.
- Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations in SF Time Off / Time Tracking.
- Deep knowledge of:
Time Valuation
Accrual Calculations
Absence Counting Rules
Flextime & Overtime Handling
Work Schedule Configuration
- Strong understanding of Employee Central data model and HR business processes.
- Experience in Integration with Payroll systems.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Center / CPI / APIs is preferred.
- Knowledge of local statutory leave regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to prepare functional documentation and drive client workshops.
